Founded in 2010 by WABCO, WABCO Reman Solutions specializes in remanufacturing electronics, mechatronic components and conventional mechanical products originally produced by WABCO or other manufacturers.

WRS does not simply re-build for function; the business remanufactures for perfection. Every WRS-remanufactured product incorporates all the technological features of the original. This is possible thanks to the worldwide network of electronics, software and mechanical engineering teams who apply state-of-the-art processes such as ‘on board’ testing.

Six Sigma Lean processes with the added certified security of ISO / TS 16949:2009 are rigorously applied across all sites. SPC is applied with the same rigour as in ‘new’ products. Worn parts are strictly replaced by OE, OE-matching or OE-improved quality parts.
